What MYX builds
MYX Analyzer is an AI document data extraction platform built by MYX (legal name MYX AD), a company based at Sofia Tech Park in Sofia, Bulgaria. The platform reads the documents behind infrastructure portfolios, from leases and amendments to due-diligence reports and technical drawings, and turns them into structured data that an expert can review and sign off.
The Analyzer extracts 500+ data fields in 40+ languages from PDF, JPG, and MP4 files. Results land in a spreadsheet-style grid where rows are documents and columns are extracted fields. Every value carries a confidence indicator (HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW) and a reference to where it was found in the source document, so reviewers check evidence instead of re-reading files.
Documents arrive by direct upload, bulk folder import, or SharePoint sync. Teams work in shared workspaces with permissions and watch results stream in field by field. Batch processing handles hundreds of documents overnight, and finished tables export to Excel with custom templates. Pro and Business plans include API access.
The problem MYX works on is not a niche one: 85% of enterprise data is unstructured, and in infrastructure much of it sits in scanned files. The platform has processed 250,000+ documents to date.
