What does the free lease abstraction tool do?

What the free tool does not do
It abstracts one lease per work email, from PDFs only: up to 10 files, 25 MB each, 500 pages combined. It returns 40 fields; the full product extracts 500+ data fields, each column defined by a plain-language prompt, across a grid of many documents, with enterprise batch processing overnight, an upfront cost estimate before every batch, and Excel export with custom templates.
Extraction quality measures 94.7 % on internal evaluation sets. The confidence level is a triage signal, not a verdict: check LOW and MEDIUM values against the cited page before you rely on them.
For more than one lease, the 30-day free trial covers whole portfolios: Pro at €99 per month with 5,000 credits, Business at €999 with 50,000, Enterprise on custom terms. A card is required, the first charge happens only when the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.

By running the tool you ask MYX AD, the EU data controller in Sofia, Bulgaria, to process the lease to produce your abstraction; tips on abstracting a whole portfolio arrive only if you tick the optional box. The file is never used to train AI models. We keep your demo documents and results so you can return to them. You can request deletion at any time. Requests go to info@myxrobotics.com or through the delete link in your result email.
