About MYX Analyzer
What the platform is, who builds it, and how it relates to other products that share the MYX name.
What is MYX Analyzer?
MYX Analyzer is an AI document data extraction platform built by MYX (MYX AD) in Sofia, Bulgaria. It reads leases, contracts, and technical documents and turns them into structured fields you can review, export, and act on. The platform extracts 500+ data fields and has processed 250,000+ documents. More about the company is on the About page.
Who builds MYX Analyzer?
MYX AD, a Bulgarian company registered in Sofia (Reg. 206192748), based at Sofia Tech Park. The Analyzer is part of the wider MYX platform for infrastructure; the company site is myxrobotics.com.
Is MYX Analyzer related to other products called MYX?
No. MYX Analyzer by MYX is the document data extraction platform for infrastructure portfolios described. It is not connected to the MyDx cannabis analyzer, MYX Finance, or the MYX TV channel.
What do teams use the Analyzer for?
Due diligence reports, rent calculation, legacy site audits, document inventory, and asset and regulatory extraction — anywhere a portfolio's facts sit inside documents rather than databases. Start with lease abstraction or telecom towers for worked examples. If the term itself is new, what is lease abstraction explains it from scratch.
Plans, credits and the trial
Prices, what credits mean in practice, and how the 30-day free trial works.
How much does MYX Analyzer cost?
Three plans. Pro is €99 per month with 5,000 credits. Business is €999 per month with 50,000 credits, a priority queue, and phone support. Enterprise is custom-priced, with unlimited credits, a dedicated account manager, and volume pricing on an annual contract. Annual billing takes 20% off. The full comparison is on the pricing page.
What is a credit?
The usage unit that extraction work draws down. Each plan includes a monthly allowance: 5,000 credits on Pro, 50,000 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise. Before a batch run is submitted, the Analyzer shows an upfront cost estimate, so you see the cost before committing.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Sign up, add a card, and use the platform free for 30 days. The first charge happens only when the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
What happens when I use up my included credits?
Usage beyond your plan's included credits is billed at €0.05 per credit. Enterprise plans include unlimited credits, and annual billing takes 20% off — the levers to look at if your volume is consistently high.
Data security and privacy
Who controls the data, where it is processed, and what MYX commits to in writing.
Are my documents used to train AI models?
No. Customer documents are never used to train AI models; MYX commits to this contractually. The full detail, including the named subprocessor list, is on the Security & GDPR page.
Who controls my data, and where is it processed?
MYX AD (Sofia, Bulgaria) is the EU data controller. Processing relies on a short list of subprocessors bound by Standard Contractual Clauses; the full, named list is published on the Security & GDPR page.
Is data encrypted, and is a DPA available?
Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. A data processing agreement is available on request, and the service is governed by Bulgarian law.
Documents, languages and formats
Supported formats and languages, and how accuracy and review work in practice.
What file types does MYX Analyzer accept?
PDF, JPG, and MP4 — documents, images, and video. Scanned leases, native PDFs, site photos, and video recordings are all in scope.
Which languages does the Analyzer support?
The Analyzer extracts in 40+ languages, which matters for cross-border portfolios where leases, permits, and drawings arrive in whatever language the counterparty used. The demo on the home page, for example, works a synthetic French lease with an INSEE-indexed escalation clause.
How accurate is the extraction?
Accuracy measures 94.7 % on internal evaluation sets. Day to day, the more useful controls are per-field confidence indicators (HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW) and per-field document references that point back to the page and section each value came from, so a reviewer can check any value against the source.
Can the Analyzer handle large document volumes?
Yes. Process hundreds of documents overnight with enterprise batch processing. Every batch run shows an upfront cost estimate before submission, and results land in a spreadsheet-style grid (rows are documents, columns are extracted fields) where any cell or row can be rerun.
How do I get data out of the Analyzer?
Excel export with custom templates: the review grid you work in is spreadsheet-style, and exports come out as Excel workbooks built from your templates. Pro and Business plans include API access. The free lease abstract template shows the typical field set such an export carries.
