Three plans, one engine

MYX Analyzer runs the same extraction engine on every plan — 500+ data fields, 40+ languages, batch processing for large document sets. The plans differ in included credit volume, support, and contract terms, not in what the engine reads.

Pro and Business start with a 30-day free trial — card required, first charge only when the trial ends, cancel anytime.

Pro is the self-serve plan: €99 per month with 5,000 credits included and API access. Start it from the free trial, with no sales call in the way.

Business is built for teams processing at higher volume: €999 per month with 50,000 credits, a priority processing queue, phone support, and a 99.5% uptime.

Enterprise is a custom contract for large portfolios: unlimited credits, a dedicated support team and a dedicated account manager, custom integrations, a 99.9% uptime, and volume pricing on an annual contract. Contact sales to scope it against your document volume.

What is a credit?

A credit is the usage unit every MYX Analyzer plan is priced in. Pro includes 5,000 credits per month, Business includes 50,000, and Enterprise contracts include unlimited credits. Document processing draws against that allowance.

You do not have to guess what a job will draw. Batch runs show an upfront cost estimate before submission, so the credit cost of a run is on screen while it still costs nothing to walk away.

Past the allowance, usage has a published price rather than a penalty: overage is €0.05 per credit on Pro and Business.

Credits meter the platform's full range of inputs — documents, images, and video, as PDF, JPG, and MP4 — including its batch lane: process hundreds of documents overnight with enterprise batch processing.

How the 30-day trial works

Pro and Business start with a 30-day free trial. A credit card is required to start, and the first charge happens only when the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing. You can cancel anytime.

The trial is self-serve. Start from the dashboard, upload your own documents, and put the extraction engine on material your team can verify.

Thirty days is enough for a real test: run a slice of your portfolio through lease abstraction, check the extracted fields against leases you already know, and export the results to Excel with your own templates.

Overage and annual billing

Overage keeps a heavy month simple: on Pro and Business, processing past your monthly credit allowance is billed at €0.05 per credit — the same published rate on both plans.

Annual billing takes 20% off. Monthly plans stay cancel-anytime, while Enterprise runs on an annual contract with volume pricing.

If your volume sits past what Business covers, Enterprise is the conversation to have: unlimited credits and volume pricing, agreed for the year.

Pricing FAQ

How much does MYX Analyzer cost?

Pro is €99 per month with 5,000 credits included. Business is €999 per month with 50,000 credits. Enterprise pricing is custom: unlimited credits with volume pricing on an annual contract. Annual billing takes 20% off.

What happens when I use all my monthly credits?

Usage past the monthly allowance is billed as overage at €0.05 per credit on Pro and Business. Enterprise plans include unlimited credits, so overage does not apply.

How do I know what a batch run will cost before I start it?

Batch runs show an upfront cost estimate before submission. The credit cost of the run is on screen before you commit, so there are no surprise draws on your allowance.

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

Yes — a card is required to start the 30-day free trial. The first charge happens only when the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime; cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing takes 20% off. Enterprise agreements are annual contracts with volume pricing.

Questions about the product rather than the price — formats, languages, security, getting started — are answered in the full FAQ.
